An initial consultation, examination and assessment is required for all new clients so that we can devise the best treatment plan for you.

• Examination, Assessment and First Treatment – £55.00
• Student/Child (Under 18) Consultation and Treatment – £45.00

Injury Follow up Treatment
Includes all treatment modalities (dependent on injury)

• 50min – £55.00
• 30min – £45.00

Sports Massage

• 50min Massage – £50.00
• 30min Deep Tissue Massage – £40.00

Block booking

• 5 x 50min Massage – £225.00
• 5 x 30min Deep – £175.00

Taping

• Tape Application – £15.00
• 5m roll – £13.50

Dry Needling/ Acupuncture

• Add on price with Massage – £5.00

Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our therapists and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice will incur a full appointment fee.
